Important Biographical Notice: Sabbatical Endangered

I have refused to believe it, even though the heavy cliuds of forbeoding were manifold: There is a ministerial release urging school directors to force the post-poning of sabbaticals in their staff by all due means, to counter the acute shortage of qualified teachers in Baden-Württemberg.

I normally refrain from using four-letter words in public, but hard times require hard lyrics.
So here:

Now I am interested to see what "by all due means" will imply.
